Yes. We only sell 100% authentic Dolphin robotic pool cleaners sourced from trusted suppliers. No replicas, no knock-offs.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping to the United States only. Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days after your order is processed.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped along with a tracking number.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. For refunds, the request must be made within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available.
